The Weekend

My handsome man had an interview Friday morning. It's his second interview with this company. We're praying for peace and direction and know God has it all in His hands. Curly-Q was beyond thrilled that he was dressed in a suit and when he was partly dressed she said, "Mom, is he looking handsome?" Then she started talking about the day she gets married and being dressed up like that. When Jonathan came walking out in his suit, Little Man smiled and said...NOOOO! Their reactions were adorable!

{Not a great picture, but he looked super!}

We received sad news Friday about a family member. After an accident and brief illness, she passed away suddenly Friday morning. Loie was so special to Big Sister and I. Her kindness helped carry us through some difficult days and she always loved us like family. She was such a giving woman. She truly loved and cared for people and being on the receiving end of that was such a blessing. A special lady who left such a legacy! We sure will miss her!

{She had the best toys ever and always made my girl feel special!}

Saturday was good! We stayed busy and had a lot of family time!
Saturday morning it was pancakes for breakfast and cartoons.

Another fashion statement was made!

We went to our neighbors t-ball game. The players were 3 and 4 years old and so cute! Curly wanted to play and Little Man kept saying, "My turn." We want to sign him up next Spring.

We went to the car show downtown Saturday night. It is once a month from Spring until Fall and always a great time. All of the kids run around and have so much fun!

{LOVE this car!}

And yes, I was there. I did spend the entire weekend with my family. I was just the one behind the camera capturing these special moments!
