We finally got our Christmas tree last night!
We had dinner at Steak and Shake....
Then we made our annual trip to Home Depot for a tree!
It was actually 60+ degrees. We are usually bundled up and freezing when we pick out our tree. Last year on this date it was 14 degrees! Strange to see this picture of everyone in lighter clothing and AJ in flip flops in December.
The Boy was more interested in smelling or eating the trees.
He ran from tree to tree laughing most of the time.
He gets very rowdy between dinner and bedtime lately!
And I think this was right before the rowdy child fell backwards into a bunch of wet Christmas tree needles.
The highlight of the evening for all three of them was watching the employee trim the bottom of our tree and put it in a net. As soon as that chainsaw cranked up, the little man got excited.
And as always, the music that was playing got the best of her and she had to start dancing....
