{ Picnic & Pool }

Last Friday, we had a picnic by our "pool". We decided to take lunch outdoors so we could swim a little before naptime. We made up a quick lunch plate of whatever we could find and headed to the porch.

(That's leftover baked potato pizza....YUM!)

The little ones had fun in the pool and with the Clifford sprinkler that I set up on the deck. It's nothing fancy but a great way to cool off!

After playing and being in the heat, they were ready for naps! We grilled out for dinner and then friends came over to play for a while. We planned to play in the backyard but we had just found another yellow jacket nest NEAR THE SLIDE on the playset! So we played in the pool again...

and had popsicles with friends.

This is Curly's favorite little friend. Is he cute or what? He actually reminds me a little of our boy.
