Saturday was Jonathan's birthday and we went to the zoo.
There is a great playground there.
It gets really crowded at lunch time and later in the day so we went there first.
It was cool and the forecast called for rain so it wasn't crowded at all.
We made a lot of stops at the statues because someone likes to pose with EVERY one of them!

Our last stop of the day was Reptile World. And because Birthday Boy has a love/hate relationship with snakes, we spent a lot of time there!
We stopped for a late lunch/early dinner at his favorite BBQ place on the way home and then had cake when we got home.
