The view of our living room on Christmas Eve.
We had a very relaxing Christmas morning. Our day started much later than normal because Curly slept until 7:40 and her brother didn't get up until a little after 8:00. That is kind of unheard of around here! We slowly opened gifts and enjoyed our morning at home.
It was a musical Christmas! She got the flute she asked for...
And all he wanted was a drum!
And he got this adorable dog guitar..
And her cat piano.
It was a noisy morning for sure! After breakfast, we packed a few things and got ready while they played with their gifts. And then we were off to Florida! We drove half of the trip and stayed in Valdosta that night. Nothing was open and we ended up having Christmas dinner at Denny's. It was fun to do something a little different on Christmas Day and we were all looking forward to our vacation in Florida.
