We went to a cookie decorating party this week with friends from church. Curly took the decorating part very seriously and was hard at work for a while.
And Little Man suddenly decided he wanted to join in. He did well considering he could barely see over the table.
And after he worked so hard icing one cookie, he picked up the plain cookie and started eating it. He said, "Mmmmm....Tookie!" and smiled.
They both enjoy being with their friends and look forward to seeing them.
This is The Boy's favorite friend. He is a few months older. He wins the prize for making the biggest mess with the cookies!
I tried to get a group shot of the kids and it just wasn't happening. About the time we'd get them all together, one would run off. It was actually kind of funny. A true picture of our lives with little ones. And as you can see from this picture, my son was one of the ones who wasn't having any part of this picture! Our daughter is smiling big though!
Twelve kids 7 and under, I guess I was asking a little much!
And the pictures of each Mom with their children turned out about like this one did.
Note to self:
Next time try to take the group pictures at the beginning rather than the end when everyone is tired and ready to go home.
