It was fairly cool especially for the Florida crew.
Everyone bundled up and we headed out to sight see.
A few pictures of my family.
Yes, Big Sister was with us. She was just off running around with her cousins and I could hardly get a picture of her.
We stayed in Bent Tree and it was a beautiful community with a lake and a lot of wildlife.
We all drove around Bent Tree and then went our separate ways into town.

There were deer everywhere!! At any hour of the day, they'd be right by the road, on the golf course, grazing in a field. So beautiful to see!
And even some turkeys....
And then we saw some black bears!
There really are black bears, but we didn't see any this time of year. I was told that they really slow down this time of year and that the residents stopped seeing them a couple weeks ago, but that in the summer time they are everywhere. They are often lying in the middle of the road and won't move for cars!
Later that afternoon before dinner, we went to the park.
It was such a nice park right by the lake with a sandy beach.
It would be a fun place to visit in the summer.
The kids had a lot of fun at the park and I loved the view of the lake and trees. Some of my favorite pictures from the trip were taken at the park.
A couple of my nieces and my nephew.
Me and my boy...
And some of the girls at the park. I love their colorful clothes and hats!
My nieces ages 7 and 6 and Curly-Q.
Gran brought a game of pin the tail on the turkey.
The little ones had fun playing it before bedtime that night.
And this little guy did not sleep well at all on this trip.
He is getting his molars...can't you tell?
