Somehow last week turned into this crazy, chaotic week filled with appointments and a million things to do. After all that running, I tried to keep things low key this week. It was great to spend a lot of time at home reconnecting and doing some simple things.
We did a little school work.
I tried to get a cute shot of the Littles when they were dressed to go somewhere which is an impossible feat. She says she gets tired of showing her teeth (while she waits for him to smile). Here's take #1 - no smiles from either one.
And Take #2 - Deer in the headlights and a smile from the boy
And Take #3 - He's outta here!
There was also a Take 4, 5, 6, etc...but I'll just leave those out!
We did a little housecleaning in our PJ's.
He is my vacuumer.
And she is the best window cleaner around...
They are both really interested in Finding Nemo right now. They had a snack (cheerios and milk) and a movie one afternoon. Once the cheerios were gone, movie time was pretty much over!
We made Easter cookies.
We read the Easter story A LOT!
I went to my first meeting at the high school this week. So surreal! Cannot believe she will be a high schooler next year.
The girls colored eggs on Good Friday.
And Little Man just walked around looking cute!
It was a refreshing week! I'm going to try to keep our days a little more simple when possible. Now, we are off to an egg hunt today and tomorrow is Easter Sunday. Pictures to come soon...
