We took a trip to the North Pole! They got dressed in their pajamas and ready for bed and found a ticket for the Polar Express on their pillows.
I was waiting at the car impersonating the conductor from the Polar Express. They were really excited when they came out. He was smiling and saying, "We got a ticket!" and she kept saying, "Is this real?" over and over.
I punched their tickets and they boarded the train.
She kept holding the ticket up and saying, 'Is this real? Did you do this?"
The Polar Express movie was playing in the car as we drove. Little Man was really into it and said, 'We are going to the Nerf Pole! It's a long way to the Nerf Pole!". He spotted some streets lights and said, "There it is. I see the Nerf Pole!" He kept giggling and said, "Are you staying on the tracks?" When the movie got to the hot-hot-hot hot chocolate part, we gave them hot chocolate and popcorn.
We drove around to look at some light displays. We went to one where you can get out and walk through the display. They loved running around looking at everything. They even took their hot chocolate cups with them.
We found this sign at the display which was perfect! We really did go to the North Pole!
We went to another house that has a huge display set to music and Santa was there. They talked to him and told him again that they wanted a flute and drum.
The night worked out perfectly! We went to the North Pole and saw Santa just like in the movie!
