We had such a lazy day yesterday! Curly-Q didn't have school since it was election day. I was so glad I had voted early because it was rainy and very cold. When they woke up, I got ready real quick while they had cereal and milk in my bed and watched cartoons.
I surprised them and took them to Dunkin Donuts and when we came home we just moved our lazy selves to the living room. We started a fire, had hot chocolate, and had a movie marathon. They chose Polar Express and Beauty and the Beast Christmas.
They ended up lying by the fire and warming their toes!
We had soup and grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch and then they both took naps. We did have to change out of our pajamas later in the afternoon because Curly had dance class.
It was a fun, cozy day at home. It felt like a kick off to the Christmas season!
