Kind of last minute yesterday afternoon, we decided to pull out the firepit, get some hotdogs, and everything we needed for smores. Sometimes life can get so busy and stressful and we get a little disconnected so it was really great to just hang out together. We just relaxed and had fun!
Jonathan cooked the hotdogs for us since the fire was so unpredictable in the wind.
Curly liked her smores all together as they should be and her brother wanted all of his pieces to be separate.

These two have gotten very brave on their bikes lately! They love to go to the top of the driveway and down the hill.
She goes down the driveway, makes a big circle, and right back to the top again.
He goes to the top of the driveway, lifts his feet and coasts all the way down the driveway then puts his feet down to stop about a half a second before he hits the house. Then he laughs and says, "That fun!" A helmet is a must with him!
(And yes, he does have a black and red tricycle, but he prefers this one)
Then we played a little football before we came in for the night.
Word has it around the neighborhood that this girl has quite an arm.
Little Man was very excited that he was playing football. Jonathan was trying to teach him to run with the ball while he ran behind him to tackle him. It was really cute to watch!
We had a fun night. It was good to just be together, relax, and get some fresh air.
