Friday was a very exciting day for me!

  I got to meet my cousin from my biological father's side for the very first time.  

 We started talking a year ago and it has been such a great thing for me! I've been able to fill in some of the missing pieces in my life story and build a relationship with my cousin.

What a great reminder that God truly knows the desires of our hearts. He knows just what we need and when we need it. I've waited a long time for this, but God's timing has been perfect!

Here  is my cousin with one of his sweet, little girls. She is so smiley!

We met for breakfast as his family traveled through on their way home from vacation at Disney. Our children are really close in age and had great time playing together with their new cousins while we talked.

Thank you to my "new" cousin for everything! You have no idea how much this has meant to me and what an answer to prayer you have been. It was a pleasure to meet you face to face and get to know your family. Hopefully this is the first visit of many!
