{ Picnic }

At almost lunch time on Monday, we decided to go on a picnic. We pretty much just put on shoes and went as we were. And we cheated.  We didn't even pack a picnic.  We just drove through Chick-Fil-A on the way!

It was a beautiful day! The company was great! And with this view, how could it not be peaceful and relaxing?



It was just what I needed to clear my head, not think about everything going on, refocus, and just enjoy the moment for what it was.

We played on the playground after lunch.

And the little ones ran around and explored.  It is great seeing them play together now. The age gap seems to be closing some.  Wherever she is, he is not far behind!

And before we left, we fed the geese. There were so many! Once we pulled out our bread, we were surrounded. A little scary actually for me. They can be so aggressive!

Little Man decided he'd had enough too and headed to the car.
